Privacy notice
Short version: we collect your email to send you the film. We don't sell it, we don't advertise on it, and we delete it if you ask us to.

What we collect
- Email address, when you submit the access form on the film page.
- Server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamp, referring page) kept for up to 30 days for security and rate-limiting.
- We do not use cookies for tracking. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
Why we collect it
- To send you the payment link, and after payment the private streaming link and download.
- To reply to correspondence you send us.
- To defend the site from abuse.
Who sees it
Only the two of us at Kallang Basin Pictures. We do not share your email with third parties. Payments are handled outside this site via PayNow or direct bank transfer — no card details are ever entered here or stored by us.
How long we keep it
Access-request emails are kept for as long as we operate the film's release, so we can re-send links to buyers who lose them. You can ask us to delete your record at any time by writing to hello@chinsweeroadstory.life. We remove it within 14 days.
Your rights
Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) you can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Write to us at the address above.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Order records are stored on the origin server and are not exposed on the public web. We do not process payments on this site.
Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date above and, for material changes, we notify buyers by email.
